Return Policy

Below you will find our policy on damaged/returned items.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us for more information at skye@houseandholm.com

Damaged Items:

All damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.  Please email info@houseandholm.com with a description and image of the damage.  We will either send out a replacement item(s), free of charge, or provide you with a store credit or refund if the item(s) is no longer in stock. 

We thoroughly inspect every item when shipping. 

We reserve the right to refuse any return that we believe has been intentionally damaged.

All Other Returns:

Before completing the return form HERE , please ensure that your product is eligible for return.  House + Holm does not cover the cost of return shipping and does not refund original shipping charges.

Items worn, washed, torn, snagged, stained, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. Items must be in new condition.  All "Last Chance & Almost Perfect", Furniture and large items delivered by freight companies are non-returnable.  

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase date if they meet the qualifications above.  You may choose store credit or a refund to your original form of payment when returning an item. 

Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 3-5 business days. If returned merchandise is deemed to be in returnable condition, and you’ve requested a refund for your order, the refund will be issued to your original form of payment at the price of the returned item(s), including sales tax, minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable). Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (timing will vary based on your financial institution).

Please carefully package items being returned to avoid damage during transit.

While we provide free shipping to customers on orders over $99, we are not able to offer free shipping on any returns at this time. Customer is responsible for return shipping, using a shipping company of their choosing, or you may request a return shipping label (the cost of the label will be subtracted from your return total).  We highly recommend selecting a shipping option with tracking, as we will not be able to refund for lost packages. 

Items purchased with a promo code may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the price paid for the item(s).

We are not responsible for lost returned packages & highly recommend keeping your tracking number until delivery is confirmed.
***International orders are ineligible for returns
***Expedited shipping is non-refundable.

Furniture/Freight Items: 

Furniture orders may be canceled within 24 hours of submitting the order. All furniture sales are final after this cancellation window. We cannot accept returns on any furniture purchases. Furniture is carefully inspected prior to shipment, but damages do happen. All freight items must be inspected prior to accepting the delivery.  If damage is noted, the freight must be refused. We are unable to file a claim if damaged merchandise is accepted. Please contact us at skye@houseandholm.com or (309)533-4386 within 24 hours if freight is refused to initiate a replacement shipment. 

Any furniture/freight/rug deliveries that are refused (for any reason other than damage) will be will be issued store credit as a refund less the original shipping and handling fee charges, a 25% restocking fee from the original pre-discounted product price, and any return shipping fees.*

 The customer will be responsible for inspecting the item(s) prior to accepting them. Any damaged items should be refused and the customer is to contact House + Holm within 24 hours to determine next steps.
