All damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a description and image of the damage. We will either send out a replacement item(s) free of charge, or provide you with a refund if the item(s) is no longer in stock.
We thoroughly inspect every item when shipping.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that we believe has been intentionally damaged.
All Other Returns:
We are closing our online store and liquidating our inventory. All sales are final and unable to be returned. We will handle any damaged items according to the policy above.
